Lykke Bjerrum Spillehus

Lykke Bjerrum Spillehus currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Nature Energy, a position held since January 2023. In addition, Lykke chairs the boards of 14 biogas plants under Nature Energy. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Director and Production Director at Danfoss from June 2018 to January 2023, and Production Director at MHI Vestas Offshore Wind from March 2016 to June 2018. Lykke's earlier career features positions such as Logistics Manager at Sydvestjysk Sygehus, Production Manager at Nissens A/S, and various leadership roles at Johnson Controls, NEG Micon, and Hatting Bageri. Lykke holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark, earned between 1991 and 1995.
