Vania Saldias Villarroel has a strong background in agricultural operations and management. Vania began their career as an Inventory Control Specialist at Mrs. Dennis Potato Farm in 2008, where they were responsible for assessing inventories and maintaining optimal stock levels. Vania then moved on to become an Assistant Operations Manager at the same company in 2013, overseeing planning, procurement, and logistics. In 2016, Vania joined Nature Fresh Farms as a Human Resources Manager, where they managed employee benefits and visa applications for foreign workers. Vania was promoted to Director of Operations in 2022, further expanding their responsibilities within the company.
