Gregor Pipan has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Gregor is currently a Project Manager Sovereign Debt at NatureFinance, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a self-employed Investment Management and Sustainability Specialist starting in January 2019. Gregor also served as an External Project Manager/Consultant at MoneyRebel from August to November 2018. Before becoming self-employed, they were the Head of Product Development/Investment Analyst at GBD Gorenjska borznoposredniška družba d.d. from an unknown start date to June 2018. Gregor gained experience in Portfolio Management at NLB d.d. from an unknown start date to 2007. In 2004, they worked at Ilirika Brokerage Plc. where they were responsible for the implementation of an online trading system and provided technical analysis. Gregor's career kick-started with an internship as a Portfolio Managers' Assistant at KD Funds in 2003.
Gregor Pipan's education history begins in 1997 when they enrolled at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics. Gregor pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance, which they completed in 2003.
In 2001, Gregor attended ESSCA, where they studied International Management for a year.
In 2007, Gregor joined EDHEC Business School and obtained a Master of Science degree in Risk and Asset Management in 2008.
Later, in 2011, they attended Bologna Business School where they pursued an MBA with a concentration in Sustainable Businesses. Gregor completed their MBA program in 2012.
Aside from their formal education, Gregor Pipan has also obtained additional certifications. In 2005, they acquired an Asset Manager License from the Securities Market Agency of Slovenia. Following that, in 2019, they obtained a Conservation Ranger certification from Conservation Rangers Operations Worldwide.
