As a life-long learner, the challenge of working with and optimizing the new-to-the-world technologies that Nature’s Fynd developed captivated Mikael—so much so that he left his home in Denmark to pursue this purpose-driven opportunity after over 25 years at Novozymes. Having managed global organizations in Denmark, Sweden, the United Kingdom, United States, and China, Mikael is leveraging his diverse perspective and life experiences to scale sustainable operations at Nature’s Fynd.
