Heidi Wissmiller

Heidi Wissmiller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Heidi currently serves as the Board of Trustees Vice Chair at the New York Film Academy Foundation, starting in 2020. Heidi is also an Independent Corporate Director at NSP, a position they began in 2020.

Before their current positions, Wissmiller held multiple executive roles at Rodan + Fields, including Chief Growth Officer from 2018 to 2019, Chief Operating Officer from 2016 to 2018, and Chief Customer Officer from 2014 to 2016.

Prior to their time at Rodan + Fields, Wissmiller was the Chief Executive Officer at Micro Analytical Systems, Inc. from 2012 to 2013. Heidi successfully sold the company to a tuna manufacturer.

Heidi also gained experience as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Sales Officer at ChefsBest® from 2003 to 2010. During their tenure, they played a critical role in the strategic planning, sales infrastructure development, and research process implementation of the company. Wissmiller also worked as a Director of Sales at PepsiCo from 1996 to 2003 and as the Director of Accounts at Nabisco Biscuit Company from 1994 to 1996.

Prior to their roles in the food industry, Wissmiller held positions at E. & J. Gallo Winery, serving as the Division Manager and Region Manager from 1991 to 1994. In these roles, they were responsible for leading trade teams, sales and marketing strategy development, and training and recruiting programs.

Heidi Wissmiller obtained a Certificate in Board Readiness from the Yale School of Management in 2019. In 2002, they received a Certificate in Finance for Executives from the University of Chicago. Heidi completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Management from the University of Portland between 1982 and 1986.
