Jeremy's roles have included Director of Technology & Project Management, Deputy Director of Technology & Partnerships, Director of Data Systems & Technology, Software Project Manager & Senior Business Analyst, Scrum Master & Senior Business Analyst, Information Technology Project Manager, Senior Business Systems Analyst, and Website Administrator. Jeremy has expertise in directing technology departments, managing project budgets, developing technology strategies, coordinating resources, nurturing external partnerships, and optimizing cost efficiency and performance. Jeremy has also successfully led numerous projects, including electronic health records implementations, roll-outs of video conferencing tools, and comprehensive digital media management.
Jeremy D. holds a Master's Degree in Educational and Instructional Technology from Western Michigan University, which they obtained in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Moody Bible Institute. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Wicked Problem Solving Practitioner, Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC), Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC)- CERTIFIED, Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM), Certified SAFe® 4 Advanced Scrum Master, Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master, Project Management Professional (PMP), Facilitative Leadership, and ICAgile Certified Professional.
