Julie Laval

Julie Laval, PhD, is a seasoned Health Clinical Research Scientist with extensive experience in health, wellness, and nutrition. Currently employed at Naturex since May 2019, Julie contributes to the development of new health products by overseeing clinical studies. Prior roles include Scientist Project Manager at the Nestlé Institute of Health Sciences, where project management for pre-clinical studies in immunonutrition was a key focus, and Project Leader in Respiratory Immunology at the University Clinic of Tübingen. Julie's academic background includes a PhD in Human Biology and Immunology from the University of Montpellier, complemented by significant research positions spanning various prestigious institutions, including Emory University and Stanford University. Julie has a proven track record in collaborative research, patent applications, and the management of complex scientific projects.
