Postdoctoral Researcher, Centre For Palaeogenetics at Naturhistoriska riksmuseet

Hannah Moots is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Centre for Palaeogenetics at Naturhistoriska riksmuseet since February 2024, previously serving as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Chicago from August 2021 to January 2024. Before this, Hannah completed a PhD at Stanford University, focusing on an archaeogenetic study on mobility in the Iron Age and Roman Mediterranean. Earlier experiences include roles as Lead Earth Sciences Educator and Curriculum Developer at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, as well as internships at the American Museum of Natural History and a MPhil in Archaeological Sciences at the University of Cambridge. Hannah's educational background encompasses a BA in Anthropology and Archaeology from the University of Chicago.
