Kristen Sgarlato

Kristen Sgarlato has worked in the beauty industry for over 8 years. Kristen began their career in 2014 as an Intern & Temp Coordinator for North America Marketing and Education at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Kristen then moved to Shiseido in 2016 as a Coordinator for Product Development, working on Shiseido and Buxom. In 2018, they joined BONA FIDE Beauty Lab as an Assistant Manager for Product Development and Marketing for Beauty by Popsugar, while also working as an Assistant Manager for Consumer Engagement and Global Marketing at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. for AERIN Beauty. In 2020, they began working at Maesa as a Consultant, Product Development and Marketing, later becoming a Senior Brand Manager and then a Brand Manager, working on various products such as Bath & Body, Cosmetics, Fragrance, and Home Scent. Kristen is currently Head of Product Development at Naturopathica.

Kristen Sgarlato obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Connecticut School of Business, with a major in Marketing and a concentration in Digital Art and Analytics, from 2012 to 2016. In April 2020, they obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: Color Trends, Creative Thinking, and Learning Package Design.
