Clare Galvani-Neal

Clare Galvani-Neal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and innovation, most recently serving as Head of Product Development Innovation and Global Head of R&D Strategy & Innovation Programmes at pladis Global from August 2021 to April 2025. Prior to this, Clare held multiple roles at Mars from January 2016 to August 2021, including Program Manager for Raw Materials & Packaging Europe and Principal Scientist for Raw Materials Europe. Clare began a career in academia at the University of Bristol, where a PhD in Physical Chemistry was attained, focusing on innovative measurement techniques for real-time analysis of materials, following an MSci in Chemistry.
