George Thorn

George Thorn has over eight years of experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager and previously as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at NatWest Group since October 2015. Responsibilities include recruiting for DigiTech vacancies, providing consultations for colleagues in redeployment and outplacement, driving cost efficiency initiatives, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. George has also led a team of 12 and conducted assessments to ensure suitable candidate placements. Prior experience includes a summer internship at Pets at Home. George holds a high school degree in Business Studies from South Cheshire College.
