Lynn Wight has extensive experience in recruitment and business management, currently serving as Planning & Development Lead for Youth & Family Banking at NatWest Group since April 2015. Prior roles at NatWest include Business Manager to the Chief Auditor and People & Operations Manager within Internal Audit. Lynn's recruitment career began in 2003 and includes leadership positions at Rutherford Cross as Head of International Recruitment and Change Recruitment Group as Divisional Manager for International Accountancy & Finance. Lynn has also held roles with Think Global Recruitment and Parker Bridge Recruitment, specializing in finance and accounting sectors. Education was completed at Queensferry High School.
