João Santos

João Santos is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Regional Director of Marketing and Communications at Highgate since March 2023, where efforts led to the success of hotel marketing campaigns across 18 hotels. Before this role, João held the position of Marketing Manager at NAU Hotels & Resorts since July 2018, overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies and digital integration to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction. Previous experience includes Growth Marketer at Storyo, where focus was on growth hacking and user engagement, and Marketing Manager at DOC DMC Macau & Hong Kong, directing wine and dine events and brand repositioning.
