Marcos Sousa is an accomplished hotel management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Hotel Manager at NAU Hotels & Resorts since May 2013, notable achievements include multiple awards for the Salgados Palace 5* and Algarve Congress Centre, such as "Best Hotel MICE" in 2022 and "Best Hotel Manager" in 2019. In addition to various management roles at VILA GALE, S.A., Marcos also holds a Finance & Board Member position at ADHP.
