Samantha Maxwell-Reed

Samantha Maxwell-Reed has been working in the recruitment industry since 1991. Samantha began their career as Sales Manager for PSD, where they established a Communications Division and personally recruited internationally for OEMs and Carriers. In 1999, they founded and led expand executive search, becoming a respected, expert recruitment business delivering value to clients and winning awards as a remarkable employer. In 2021, they became a Strategic Advisor for The Recruitment Network and Head of People (Interim) for Naurt. At Naurt, they are excited to announce the public launch of a plug-and-play toolkit for high-precision, beacon-free tracking. At The Recruitment Network, they are working with ambitious leaders in the Recruitment industry to achieve their strategic goals.

Samantha Maxwell-Reed has a varied education history. Samantha began their studies at the University of Brighton, though the degree they are pursuing is unknown. In 2017, they completed a course in PPA at Thomas International. From 2013 to 2014, they studied Coaching & Mentoring at the Institute of Leadership Management -ILM. In 2021, they are set to receive a Certificate in Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace from NCFE.
