Matt Tierney is an accomplished design manager with extensive experience in the boating industry, currently serving as the Design Manager for Special Projects at Nautique Boat Company since January 2020. Previously, Matt worked as a designer at Correct Craft, Inc. from May 2005 to January 2020, successfully collaborating with local and international vendors on design initiatives using various materials and manufacturing techniques, including plastics, stainless steel, aluminum, and composites. Matt's early career included a research and development internship at Silverton Marine Corporation, where hands-on experience was gained in building power yachts, and an internship at the Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare focusing on public affairs. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Virginia Tech, attained between 2001 and 2005.
