Meredith Ivany

Meredith Ivany is a professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, retention programs, and research within the fields of psychology and organizational behavior. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Retention Programs at NAV CANADA since November 2018, Meredith oversees the development and implementation of recruitment processes and onboarding strategies. Prior to this role, as a Recruitment and Testing Specialist at NAV CANADA, Meredith focused on selection programs for Air Traffic Services. Meredith held positions as a Grant & Manuscript Editor at the University of Zurich and as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Saint Mary's University and Dalhousie University, contributing to significant research efforts and educational support.
