Landon Pearson

Landon Pearson is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as Vice President of People at Nav Technologies, Inc. since October 2023. Previously, Landon held the position of Chief People Officer at Demandbase, a leader in Account Based Marketing, from September 2013 to October 2023. Prior to that role, Landon was Vice President of Human Resources at Blinkx and contributed to its significant growth in the technology-driven media sector. Landon's experience also includes senior management positions at Comcast Software Engineering and a partner role at Pearson Search Associates, along with earlier roles at MetaTV and Future Computer. Landon holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara.
