Thamer Aleisa

Thamer Aleisa currently serves as a member of the NRC at the National Automotive & Vehicles Academy since May 2024 and holds the position of Head of Human Resources for the Middle East at Lucid Motors since November 2021. Previously, Thamer worked as a Senior Human Resources Development Manager for a Confidential Government entity from November 2020 to October 2021 and as a Senior Manager in Organization Development at the National Housing Company from October 2017 to October 2020, focusing on performance management and employee engagement. Thamer's earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources & Administration Manager at Al-Faisaliah Group from October 2013 to September 2017 and various HRD positions within that organization. Thamer holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in English Translation from King Saud University.
