Haiyan Sui

Haiyan Sui is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, product development, and digital technology. As the Director of Engineering for Growth and Strategy at Nava, since April 2022, Haiyan spearheads a cross-location engineering team focused on delivering technology solutions for government agencies while driving the company’s organic growth and team expansion. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Technology and Product at the NYC Mayor's Office for Economic Opportunity, where Haiyan led a team in developing digital products for low-income residents, and as the Director of Digital Technology at Northeastern University, where Haiyan established a technology team and revamped the web hosting infrastructure. Haiyan also held the position of Associate Director of Technology at DigitasLBi_US, delivering digital solutions for prominent Fortune 500 clients. Haiyan holds a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
