Monica Catunda

Monica Catunda is the Senior Product Manager at Nava. Monica has over four years of experience in product management and has previously worked as the Director of Product Management, Global Platform Development at GoDaddy. In their role at Nava, Monica is responsible for managing a number of products, services, and feature releases to global markets. Monica partners with various teams and stakeholders, such as UX, Design & Research, development, marketing, PR, and sales support, in an Agile approach.

Prior to working at Nava, Monica spent four years at GoDaddy as the Director of Product Management, Global Platform Development. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company’s global blog, supporting the global planning and execution model for scale and relevance. Monica also gathered technical and end-user requirements, worked closely with engineering and designers to identify and manage work on new products and features, and created clear specifications and requirements to guide engineering.

Monica is a global product expert and has experience synthesizing insights from the market with customers’ needs. Monica is also experienced in analyzing and managing key performance metrics and is always looking for optimization opportunities.

Monica Catunda completed a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies (Law) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Monica then completed a Master's Degree in Masters of Business Studies with a concentration in Information Systems Management (concentration on E-Commerce) from National College of Ireland. Monica is also certified as a ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
