Rutvi Gupta

Rutvi Gupta is a designer and researcher currently working at Nava. Rutvi has previously worked as a design apprentice at the Mayor's Office for Economic Opportunity and as a user researcher at IBM Design. Gupta is passionate about helping others practice user-centric design and advocates for the cause of design research within their team. Through their work, they have developed extensive research plans and created various resources and artifacts, including personas and journey maps.

Rutvi Gupta has a Master of Fine Arts in Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a 12th Grade Certificate in Science Stream from Fergusson College. Rutvi also has certification from IBM as an IBM Design Thinking Practitioner.
