Joshua O'Connor

Joshua O'Connor, BBA, CHRL, PHRi, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Navacon Construction Inc since January 2024. Prior to this role, Joshua held various positions at the Waterloo Region District School Board from December 2014 to January 2024, including Manager of Human Resource Services and Human Resources Officer. Additionally, Joshua worked as a Human Resources Coordinator for the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board from May 2012 to December 2014, and was involved in multiple roles at West Parry Sound Health Centre from May 2008 to May 2012, including Senior Human Resources Consultant and Human Resources Advisor. Joshua obtained an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing from Nipissing University in 2008 and completed Continuing Education Courses at Canadore College in 2012.
