Lauren Crabbe

Lauren Crabbe, M.Ed has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with their most recent role being the Director of Learning and Development at Navacord starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Northbridge Insurance from 2011 to 2021, holding various positions including Broker Education Manager, Sales & Distribution Specialist, and Learning Specialist. Lauren'sroles at Northbridge focused on education, sales training, and learning development within the company.

Lauren Crabbe holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Lauren later pursued a Master of Education in Workplace Learning from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto from 2010 to 2014.
