Krystle Jones, M.B.A., has a diverse work experience in various roles related to contract management and administration, management analysis, and production planning.

Starting in 2006, Krystle worked at Newport News Shipbuilding, a Division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, as a Structural Designer, where they collaborated with different teams to ensure the smooth manufacturing of Navy Aircraft Carriers. Krystle also served as a Production Planner & Scheduler, responsible for tracking the progress of significant work items on multi-billion dollar contracts.

In 2014, Krystle joined Plasser American as a Production Planner, where they facilitated the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning program and resolved daily issues on the shop floor.
