James Skidmore

James Skidmore is an experienced leader in the food industry, currently serving as the Managing Director of Navara Oat Milling Ltd since July 2022. Prior to this, James held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Arborfield Consulting Limited, where collaboration with clients focused on project analysis, strategy development, and team mentorship from April 2021 to July 2022. James was also CEO of Hain Daniels Group from May 2016 to March 2021, overseeing a diverse food business in the UK and Ireland, and previously held similar leadership roles at Orchard House Foods Ltd and Wellness Foods. James brings valuable experience from earlier roles at Kerry Foods, Matthew Clark, and Britvic Soft Drinks, and has an educational background in food and grocery distribution and FMCG business strategy.
