Andre Pepin has over five years of professional experience in customer service roles. From November 2015 to November 2018, they worked for Clear Harbor LLC in Dominica as a Customer Service Representative, Workforce Coordinator, and Customer Service Associate Trainer. During this time, they received several certificates for exceptional performance in monthly KPI targets, managed client service level agreements, and developed and facilitated weekly training sessions. From November 2018 to January 2019, they worked for Marcus by Goldman Sachs in London as a Digital Banking Advisor, where they developed an understanding of the banking industry and handled customer inquiries. From June 2019 to July 2020, they worked for Navenio Limited in Oxford as an Implementation Support Assistant and 2nd Line Application Support Engineer. In these roles, they implemented and managed workforce tasking systems for NHS hospitals, managed and supported 1st line teams, and created innovative ways to improve/develop new tools and methods of completing work.
