Rebecca Kyte has over 15 years of work experience in a variety of roles. Rebecca began their career in 2004 as a Senior Sales Advisor for Tower Health. In 2006, they moved on to become a Team Supervisor & Events Coordinator at Leeds University Union. From 2008 to 2017, they held multiple positions at Communique Promotions Ltd, including Account Manager, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator. Rebecca then joined Navenio in 2017, where they served as HR Manager and Deputy HR Manager before taking on the role of Sales Support & Office Manager.

Rebecca Kyte obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature from the University of Leeds between 2005 and 2008. In 2021, they received certifications in Employment Relations and Employee Engagement from The Open University, Mental Health from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, and Prince2 Foundation Accreditation from PRINCE2.
