Charles Montemor

Charles Montemor is an accomplished finance and real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and financial oversight. Currently serving as AVP - Senior Asset Manager at Bulfinch since May 2023, Charles manages a diverse portfolio of approximately 4 million square feet across various property types. Previously, Charles held various key positions, including Vice President of Asset Management at Santerre Health Investors and DigitalBridge, as well as Asset Manager at The RMR Group and Digital Realty. In addition to practical experience, Charles contributes as a Board Member for Naveo Credit Union, which serves the metro Boston area. Charles holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University.
