Cassandra Monday has a wealth of experience in recruiting and administrative roles. Cassandra began their career in 2015 as a Resident Assistant at Meredith College. In 2016, they were an Intern at the Office of State Controller, NC, where they assisted in data entry and performed audits. From 2017 to 2018, they worked in Temporary Assignments at Nextaff-Raleigh. Cassandra then worked as a Corporate Talent Sourcer at Cherry Bekaert LLP from 2018 to 2022, where they identified active and passive candidates and developed relationships with external resources. During this same period, they also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Alan F. Burke, CPA, PA, where they assembled completed tax returns and interacted with clients. In 2022, Cassandra began working as a Recruiter at SimpliSafe and as a Recruiting Specialist / Sourcer at ujet.cx, where they managed full cycle recruitment for positions in the US and internationally. Cassandra then moved to NAVERIS as the Head of Recruiting Operations, where they designed and implemented recruiting processes, collaborated with hiring managers, and sourced candidates.

Cassandra Monday obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business, Accounting, and Marketing from Meredith College between 2014 and 2017.
