Lead UX Researcher at NAVEX

Jeff Jacobson-Swartfager has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Jeff started their career as a Bookseller at King's Bookstore, where they sold books, provided recommendations, and assisted customers. In 2007, they worked as a Contractor/Desktop Publisher at Lingo Systems, formatting translated documents using various software. Jeff also taught co-workers software skills. In 2008, Jeff worked as a Designer at Ample Sample and Food for Thought Student Gallery. Jeff then joined Advisicon in 2011 as a Technical Communications Advisor, managing the authoring, design, and production of instructional materials and maintaining company websites. During the same time, they served as the Creative Director at bike walk vote PAC. In 2009, they briefly worked as a Designer at Disjecta. From 2011 to 2014, Jeff was the Lead UX Researcher at NAVEX, responsible for user experience research. Jeff then moved to Jaguar Land Rover, working as a UX Designer from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they returned to NAVEX as a Lead UX Researcher. Throughout their career, Jeff has showcased their skills in design, research, communication, and website development.

Jeff Jacobson-Swartfager earned a B.A. in Fine Art from the University of Puget Sound, graduating in 2005.
