Laurence Cheung

Laurence Cheung has a strong background in finance and has held various roles in different companies. Laurence is currently working as the International Finance Director for NAVEX in the EMEA & APAC regions. Prior to that, Laurence worked as the Head of FP&A at nShift from July 2022 to May 2023. Laurence also served as a Senior Manager of Financial Planning at DEMICA from October 2018 to July 2022. Before that, they worked at Liberty Global as a Manager from January 2017 to October 2018. Laurence has experience in corporate finance, having worked at WK Corporate Finance LLP as a Corporate Finance professional from November 2015 to December 2016. Laurence also worked at Worldpay as part of the Strategy and Financial Planning and Analysis team from March 2014 to November 2015. Before that, they held the position of Analyst at Barclays Capital from September 2010 to March 2014, and had an internship at Barclays Bank in 2009.

Laurence Cheung attended Kaplan, where they pursued an ACA qualification. Later, they studied at the University of Leeds, earning a 1st Class Honours BSc degree in Economics. In addition, they obtained certification in ACA. Laurence also attended Wilson's Grammar School, although the specific details of their studies there are not provided.
