Satish Balusa

Satish Balusa has a diverse work experience in software engineering and product development. Satish currently serves as the SVP of Product Engineering at NAVEX Global, where they are responsible for all aspects of product engineering. Prior to that, they worked at CDK Global as the Director of Product Development, focusing on the Fixed Ops business line. Satish also held the position of Director of Development at ADP, where they built a global team and integrated the Service product line. In addition, Satish has experience at Fiserv as the Director of Product Development, overseeing the development of their flagship Internet Banking program. Satish also worked at Corillian as the Engineering Manager, leading development teams and managing projects for online internet banking platforms. Before that, they served as a Senior Lead Consultant at Everest Consultants, Inc. and as a Project Lead and Systems Analyst at VJ Infosystems. Satish began their career as a Database Developer and intern, working on ERP applications and flight control systems.

Satish Balusa has a postgraduate diploma in Applied Systems Management (PGDASM) from the National Institute of Information Technology. Satish also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Managerial Economics and Cost Accountancy from Sri Venkateswara University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Pragmatic Marketing - Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing, SCRUM Master from Agile Logic, and MCSD 2124C - Programming with C#.NET from Microsoft Corp.
