Patricia recently joined Navico as Chief Supply chain Officer in January 2021. Patricia joins Navico as a former Partner for McKinsey & Co, where she was based in Chicago, US. She has 25 years of experience in the industry and consulting, and a track record of developing and leading performance transformations in frontline operations and supply chains. Before joining McKinsey, Patricia worked for 13 years in the automotive industry in various operational roles including manufacturing.
