Albina Kurskaya

Albina Kurskaya has a diverse work experience in the field of MS Dynamics CRM. Albina began their career in 2011 as the Head of telemarketing department at Norbit, where they coordinated and planned the department's activities and conducted various projects. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Consultant at Norbit, providing consultations on implementation and support projects in different market sectors and developing project documentation.

In 2015, Albina joined Manzana Group as a Consultant, where they analyzed business requirements, compared and analyzed current processes, and set up MS Dynamics CRM for service, marketing, and sales blocks. Albina also set up the Manzana Loyalty system according to business requirements and actively participated in the entire project lifecycle, including development, documentation, testing, and maintenance.

Currently, Albina is working as a Senior consultant at Navicon since 2018. In this role, they analyze business requirements in the banking sector and performs comparative analysis of current processes. Albina sets up MS Dynamics CRM for bank processes in the corporate block and handles customization, workflow setups, and fetch-query usage.

Albina Kurskaya has a diverse education history including various fields of study. Albina first attended the State College of Art from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a degree in teaching, specializing in violine and piano. Albina then went on to pursue their bachelor's degree in Romano-Germanic philology at the State World Languages University from 2000 to 2004. Finally, in 2017, they attended the Yoga Federation of Russia and completed a program to become a certified instructor in Hatha-yoga, obtaining the YTTC-200 certification.
