Michelle Webster

Michelle Webster, PMP, CSM, serves as a Senior IT Project Manager at Navient since May 2018 and holds the position of VP of Communication for the Project Management Institute in Tallahassee since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as IT Project Manager at Beacon Hill Staffing Group and Business Analyst at TEKsystems, where responsibilities encompassed requirements gathering, user story creation, and coordination of development through the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Michelle has also contributed as a Delivery Coordinator, Service Lead, Process Analyst, Agile Coach, and Inception Lead, focusing on large-scale transaction delivery, service management processes, and project execution improvements. An alumnus of Illinois State University, Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and a Master of Science in Organizational Communication.
