Lysandra Cheatham, Ed.D., is a seasoned professional in management consulting and leadership development. Currently serving as a Manager at Navigate since April 2021, Lysandra addresses complex challenges for large organizations. Prior experience includes working as a Learning and Development Specialist at Bancroft, where program development was a primary focus, and serving as Center Executive Director at Genesis, overseeing operations and care delivery in skilled nursing facilities.
