Alex Teodosio

Alex joined Navigate360 in July 2020 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and was subsequently promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer. He offers more than 18 years of human resources experience and comes to us from AML RightSource, where he served as Vice President of Human Resources and Service Delivery. Prior to this last role, Alex was the Chief Human Resource Officer at John Carroll University. While at John Carroll, Alex was also an evening Adjunct Instructor who taught graduate and undergraduate courses in human resource management and organizational behavior.

Alex completed his MBA from Kent State University with a focus in human resource management. He also received his master’s degree in public administration (MPA) from Bowling Green State University with a concentration in personnel management. Alex is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), where he maintains his Senior Certified Professional (SCP) in Human Resources. He also received his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Alex lives in Hudson, Ohio, with his wife Stephanie and their two children, Nicholas (20) and Joseph (18). He served as a volunteer firefighter for the city of Hudson for 11 years. Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking in our national parks, attending his children’s sporting events, and volunteering in various youth and community service projects.
