Julie Schultz

Julie Schultz has over 10 years of work experience in the credit union industry. Julie began their career in 2009 as the Director of Organizational Development at OnPath Federal Credit Union, where they were responsible for developing and implementing organizational strategies and initiatives. In 2019, Julie joined Navigator Credit Union as the Director of Human Resources and Training, a role in which they oversee the human resources functions and training programs for the organization. Julie continues to hold this position.

Julie Schultz attended The University of Toledo from 1985 to 1988, where they studied Social Work. Julie obtained a certification as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society of Human Resources Management in December 2019.
