Damian Smakosz

Damian Smakosz is a maritime professional currently serving as a Third Officer at Navigator Gas since July 2023, aboard the fully-refrigerated vessel Navigator Grace. Previously, Damian held the position of Junior Deck Officer on the same vessel for one month. Prior to these roles, experience as a Deck Cadet was gained on two vessels—Navigator Genesis and Navigator Taurus—over a span of ten months from September 2021 to January 2023. Damian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Navigation and Maritime Transport from Gdynia Maritime University, completed in August 2022.
