Marek Krysiak

Marek Krysiak has worked as a Chief Engineer at Navigator Gas since February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a 2nd Engineer from July 2019 to February 2022. Before joining Navigator Gas, Marek worked as a 2nd Engineer at Hartmann Gas Carrier from May 2016 to May 2019, where they also briefly held the position of 3rd Engineer. Marek also worked as a 3rd Engineer at OSX 1 and KOTC in 2015. Marek's earlier work experience includes positions as a 2nd Engineer and 3rd Engineer at Dannebrog Rederi A/S from 2013 to 2015, as well as a 3rd Engineer and Eng Assistant at Reederei Claus-Peter Offen from 2010 to 2013.

Marek Krysiak completed their Master of Science (MS) in the Faculty of Marine Engineering at Akademia Morska w Gdyni (Gdynia Maritime University) from 2005 to 2010. Marek has obtained various certifications from the Maritime Office Gdynia, including a Chief Engineer Officer Certificate in December 2019. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in areas such as seafarer security duties, liquified gas tanker operations, chemical tanker operations, oil tanker operations, personal safety and social responsibilities, personal survival techniques, survival craft and rescue boats, medical first aid, and advanced fire fighting.
