Lori Mostoller

Lori Mostoller has worked in the Human Resources field since 2005. Lori began their career as an HR Business Partner at Land O'Lakes, Inc., where they supported a workforce of professional employees in all human resource functions. Lori then moved to Multi-Tech Systems as an HR Generalist in 2010. In 2011, they joined Creganna Medical, a part of TE Connectivity, as an HR Manager. In this role, they built the HR department from the ground up, developing policies and procedures, recruitment processes, and performance management procedures. In 2016, they moved to TE Connectivity as an HR Manager II. Most recently, they have been a Director of Human Resources at Covenant Living Communities and Services since 2019, and is set to become a Sr Director, HR Business Partner at NavigatorCRE in 2022.

Lori Mostoller obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management & Communication from Concordia University between 2002 and 2004. In 2010, they completed the Leaders of the New Millennium Program at St. Catherine University.
