Tricia Maharaj is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Tricia is currently the Director of Customer Success at NavigatorCRE, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield from 2020 to 2022 as a Project Manager of Operating Management. In this role, they partnered with interdisciplinary teams to lead and implement organizational projects and process improvements, initiated and executed development of digital products and solutions, and managed Joint Venture relationships across the US portfolio. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Senior Client Services Manager at Equiem, where they launched the US operations of an Australian Proptech firm, reported directly to the CEO, and oversaw domestic client relationships, personnel, product implementation, content creation, and strategic development. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at EQ Office, first as a Project Manager of Development, where they oversaw a $600M re-positioning of Willis Tower and coordinated redevelopment initiatives domestically and internationally, and then as a Property Manager, where they managed daily operations of nine commercial properties in Greater LA totaling over 1.5M sqft.

Tricia Maharaj obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In August 2022, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
