Sirkku Erlandsson

Sirkku Erlandsson has extensive work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Sirkku is currently working as a Senior Manager of Leadership Services and Executive Search at Navigio. Prior to that, they had roles at BetterUp, where they served as a Fellow Coach and an Associate Coach. Sirkku also worked at GS1 Sweden as a Project Management & Consulting professional and at Hotelway as a Business Consultant. Sirkku Erlandsson has significant experience in the retail industry, having served as the Head of Assortment and Purchasing of Fresh goods at Coop Sverige. Sirkku has also held leadership positions at Valio Sverige AB and Fazer Bakery & Confectionery/Fazer Group. Additionally, they have served on the board of DLF Sweden and chaired ECR Retail Demand Styrgrupp.

Continuing their professional development, in 2021, they obtained a certificate in Digital Marketing from IHM Business School. Lastly, in 2022, Sirkku enrolled at Lund University to focus on Arbetsrätt as their field of study.

Additionally, they earned the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coach Federation in 2020.
