Truc Mai (Hana) is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and business development. Currently serving as a Senior TA and Acting Team Leader at Navigos Group since January 2019, Truc has effectively managed recruitment processes, coordinated with hiring managers, and conducted candidate sourcing and screening. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Executive at TRG International and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Home Credit Vietnam, where Truc achieved 100% of recruitment targets and developed effective hiring strategies.
