William Elfversson

William Elfversson has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. William started their career as a Deck Cadet at Atlantic Container Line in 2008 and subsequently worked as a Deck Cadet at Crew Chart Ship Management AB, Wallenius Wilhelmsen Lines, and Stena Line. During their time at Stena Line, they also served as a Navigation Officer.

In 2010, William transitioned into the IT industry and worked as an IT & Marketing Manager at Furuno Sverige AB. In this role, they specialized in software development, provided solution expertise and support to customers, and managed IT projects. William also served as an IT Manager at Furuno Sverige AB, overseeing IT operations and support.

William further developed their skills in software development and fullstack web development when they joined Loxodromic in 2018. During their time there, they worked as a Software Developer, focusing on IT consultancy, fullstack web development, and 3D visualization.

In 2020, William joined Arvato Financial Solutions as a Front End Developer, specializing in frontend development. William worked with technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, .NET MVC, MongoDB, and SQL Server. William also utilized Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management.

Most recently, William has taken up the role of Software Developer at Navigraph, starting in 2022.

William Elfversson completed independent courses in Computer Science at Mid Sweden University from 2018 to 2019. In the same year, they also took independent courses in Computer Science at NTI-skolan. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, William attended Linnaeus University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in the Master Mariner Program. Additionally, they hold a certification in STCW Class II from Transportstyrelsen, although the month and year of its obtaining are not specified.
