Sandra Francis

Sandy Francis brings over twenty-five (25) years of healthcare information systems and clinical laboratory experience in management and leadership roles. Her expertise includes eight years of consulting on all MEDITECH platforms including Expanse, providing project management and leadership skills focused on LAB suite implementations, assessments, conversions, upgrades, training and system optimizations. Sandy’s comprehensive knowledge across the continuum of MEDITECH applications and experience with process redesign and standardization within multi-facility enterprises has enabled her to lead numerous organizations through successful implementations. Sandy received a B.S. degree in Medical Technology from the University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan and is a registered MT with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP).
