Shelly Noyes

Shelly Noyes brings sixteen (16) years of MEDITECH experience to Navin Haffty. Joining the organization seven (7) years ago, she is currently leading our resource management and marketing efforts.

Prior to joining us, Shelly was an employee at MEDITECH for nine (9) years and served in a variety of roles, including management, product development, implementations and IS recruiting. While at MEDITECH, she worked with many clients to implement and enhance the MEDITECH Laboratory Information System, with much focus on Blood Bank and Pathology. As a product champion, Shelly worked closely with clients and product development to enhance the system and rewrite functionality to better meet client needs. Through this process, she worked with MUSE to refine requests and develop specifications.

As a Marketing Manager at MEDITECH, Shelly educated clients and internal staff about MEDITECH advanced clinical initiatives and worked with the team to lead presentations and product demonstrations. She was involved in the reorganization of this group, working with the team on development of marketing campaigns, sales tools and strategy.

Shelly holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Lyndon State College, Lyndonville, VT.
