Robert Gunnarsson

Robert Gunnarsson has a diverse work experience spanning over several biotechnology and diagnostics companies. Robert currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Navinci Diagnostics, a Swedish biotechnology company that focuses on in situ protein analysis. Prior to this, Robert worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Director of Project Management Office, Global R&D, IDD, where they managed a team of senior project leaders and oversaw product development projects in the field of allergy and autoimmune immunoassay diagnostics. Before that, they served as the Managing Director of Research & Development at Mercodia AB, where they were responsible for R&D activities, project pipeline management, and scientific collaborations. Robert also held various roles at Mercodia AB, including Product Development Manager and Project Manager in the R&D department. Robert's earlier work experience includes a role as a Research Scientist at Gyros AB, where they focused on immunoassay development, and a position as a Master thesis student at Biacore.

Robert Gunnarsson has a strong educational background with a focus on leadership, management, strategy, finance, and engineering.

Robert attended Uppsala University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering. Their field of study was Biology, Chemistry, and Biotechnology.

In more recent years, Robert attended Chefakademin, where they completed several executive master's programs. From 2015 to 2016, they pursued an Executive Master of Finance. Robert then completed an Executive Master of Strategy in 2016 as part of an Executive MBA program. Finally, in 2018 to 2019, Robert enrolled in a program for an Executive Master of Leadership & Management, earning an MBA degree.
