Michael Couto-Erickson

Michael Couto-Erickson is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service management and technology leadership. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Navisite since March 2008, Michael oversees ITIL Service Management processes, including Change, Incident, Problem, Request, and Release Management, and has successfully completed over 400 Oracle Database upgrades. Prior roles include Director of Information Technology at PDS Tech, Inc., Systems Administrator and DBA at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, Analyst with the Minnesota Army National Guard, and Technology Systems Analyst at Lawson Software. Michael holds a Master of Science in Software Systems from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bemidji State University, along with a diploma in Accounting from Blackduck High School.
